    Frequently asked questions

PlayAbroad is a website where footballers, clubs, agents and service providers connect around recruitment. Players build a profile and share footage, clubs publish opportunities and review applicants, and agents manage rosters with each player's approval. Applications and conversations are kept in one place. Clubs and opportunity providers, not PlayAbroad, decide who is selected.

Players, clubs and academies, agents and service providers can each create a free account. Players publish a profile, clubs post openings, agents prepare rosters with player permission, and providers list services. Public player discovery covers adult players who choose to publish a completed profile. Players under 18 are kept outside public discovery.

Create a free player profile with a photo, your football details and at least one ready highlight. Then browse the opportunities page, check each club's requirements, dates, costs and application process, and apply once your profile is complete. Clubs decide who they invite, so PlayAbroad cannot promise a trial, contract or visa. Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities.

PlayAbroad operates as a platform that brings players, clubs and agents together. It does not choose who clubs select. Agents can prepare rosters on it, but a player must approve any representation, and platform approval is not a representation contract or a professional licence. Completing an agent profile does not verify a licence.

Email info@playabroad.eu or use the form on the contact page, choosing whether you are a player, a club or academy, a service partner or something else. The contact page says the team replies within 24 hours. PlayAbroad lists Germany as its headquarters. For privacy requests such as access, correction or deletion, use the same email address.
