    Frequently asked questions

Search the player directory by football details and availability. It lists only completed, published profiles from adult players who chose public discovery, and you can watch public footage and footage you are authorised to access. Profile completion and verification are separate, so check each profile's status before relying on it. Selection and contact remain your decision.

Register your club, complete the club profile with its name, location, level, logo and recruitment representative, then publish the opening from your dashboard. State the position, level, location, eligibility, deadline, costs and application process, and say whether it is a trial, an academy programme or a contract discussion. Clear terms help suitable players decide whether to apply.

Core recruitment tools are free: publishing opportunities, reviewing applicants and messaging players. Club Scout Access is optional at €99 a month or €990 a year. It adds a private shortlist, scouting notes, CSV export and access to CVs that adult players choose to share. A paid plan does not buy permission to contact someone or change a player's ranking.

A club completes its profile first and requests verification separately. Verification status is shown apart from profile completion, and opportunity listings show a Verified club label where it applies. The Trust Centre describes the standard: an identifiable organisation, supporting evidence, clear terms and attention to safeguarding. Verification cannot be purchased.

Only CVs that adult players choose to share. Access needs a complete club profile and a current Club Scout Access subscription, and it is checked each time a CV is opened. Passports, contracts and other supporting documents are never shared this way, and CVs of players under 18 are excluded. Use a shared CV only for recruitment and do not redistribute it.
